The Red Label Series is a very special series of meditation tapes from Lazaris. Each title contains two topics which work together, and for each Lazaris gives a days-on/days-off formula for listening which follows the pattern with which your subconscious works most effectively in creating change. Though they are not subliminal tapes, once you have listened to them consciously, many may be used at night while you're asleep. Each double-cassette title consists of two 30-minute meditations.
This is a delightful tape series that works equally well in a fully awake meditative state or as sleep programming. Begin with either tape. To allow the positive attitude to more fully register in your Subconscious Mind, listen to the selected tape two times a day for seven consecutive days. Then, to reinforce your new programming, listen to the other tape, similarly, twice a day for seven days. Thereafter, listen to either tape as you desire.
At times of acute unhappiness or disorder, listen to the appropriate tape in the full cycle described above.
Either of these tapes can be used in conjunction with any of the other tapes in The Red Label Series. They can be used as "buffer tapes" when you want to string together several Red Label Series tapes.
